This Privacy Policy applies to www.MonarchFundingGroup.com (“Website”), which is owned and operated by Monarch Funding LLC. (“Monarch Funding,” “Us,” or We”). The Website facilitates our business loan products and related services (collectively “Services”). This Privacy Policy describes how Monarch Funding collects and uses the personal information you provide (directly or through third parties), or which is automatically generated, when you interact with our website www.MonarchFundingGroup.com (“Website”).

This Privacy Policy also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your personal information and how you can access and update such information.
For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “Personal Information” means information that personally identifies you, including your contact information, IP address, and loan application information. A large portion of the Personal Information we collect, use, share, and store is sensitive in nature, including your social security number and financial account information (“Sensitive Personal Information”).

Monarch Funding’s website and services are not for children under 13 years old.  We do not knowingly solicit data online from, or market online to, children under 13.  If we knowingly receive a child’s personal information, we will delete it from our systems.

In addition to collecting information via our Website, we may also conduct a site visit to collect and obtain information and external data used by lenders to process applications and complete and manage transactions, e.g., from credit reporting agencies and other vendors, as well as from social media. Once you are a Monarch Funding customer, we may reach out to you for, or otherwise obtain, information if you decide to renew your loan or as otherwise needed to provide the Service.

  • Process your business loan product account, including deducting automatic payments;

In addition, we may also share General Information for the same reasons as we provide Personal Information and for business partners and others to conduct analyses and research and track marketing performance or as otherwise provided in the Tracking Technologies part herein.

As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process, including in a bankruptcy proceeding;

Monarch Funding protects your information using bank-level data security: 128 bit-encryption and a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. When you enter Sensitive Personal Information (such as a credit card number) on our order forms, we encrypt the transmission of that information.
 

If you allow Monarch Funding to see your banking information online rather than in paper form, it is on a read-only basis. We do not have access to change, edit, or modify bank account information in any way. Monarch Funding employees cannot view your banking username and passwords, and we securely store them in separate encrypted areas with our financial services providers.

If you are contacting us to opt-out of marketing communications, you must include your full name and business mailing email addresses and account number. Once we locate your contact information based on the information you provide us, it will be removed from our databases and mailing lists.

Monarch Funding LLC strives to maintain the highest standards of ethical conduct in its marketing activities and is committed to complying with all federal and state legislation regarding applicable Do Not Call Procedures, including, without limitation, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991, the FTC Telephone Sales Rule, and state regulation.

If you do not want to receive sales calls from Monarch Funding LLC, please ask us to have your name and telephone number added to our internal Do Not Call List. We will note your request immediately, but it may take up to 5 days to remove your information from previously prepared lists. You can also make your request by writing to our Customer Service Department at info@MonarchFundingGroup.com. When you make your request be sure to include your name, address and all telephone number(s) that you want to be included on our list. When we solicit prospective customers, we also honor "do not call" requests on behalf of consumers listed on the National Do Not Call Registry maintained by the Federal Trade Commission and various state-agency lists. Many state "Do Not Call" regulations permit companies to contact their own customers even though they are on these "Do Not Call" lists. Therefore, if you are a customer, you may be contacted by us even though you are on a state or the national "Do Not Call" list. If you do not want to be contacted by Monarch Funding LLC even though you are a customer, simply follow the steps above to be placed on the Monarch Funding LLC "Do Not Call" list and your request will be honored. 


We maintain a record of your request and will honor your request for 5 years from the date the request is made, unless otherwise required by law. We will place a sales call to a telephone number on our internal Do Not Call List only if (i) you provide us with the telephone number directly, or indirectly through a separate source, or notify us that you would like to receive sales calls and (ii) you do not request to place that telephone number back on our internal Do Not Call List.

 

All employees that engage in outbound telephone solicitation are trained in this policy and are made aware of these procedures before they are allowed to place calls to consumers. Management reviews the policy with these employees on a regular basis. The methods and procedures in this “Do Not Call” policy are reviewed by Monarch Funding LLC on a quarterly basis. If a consumer requests a copy of our “Do Not Call” policy, we will send a copy via U.S. mail or electronic mail.

 

Being on the Monarch Funding LLC "Do Not Call" list means that you won't receive sales calls by anybody representing Monarch Funding LLC. We may still contact you, however, for non-solicitation purposes. This would include things like surveys, billing and other service-related matters.
